1. Acceptance of Terms:<\/h2>

By placing an order with GouldCrafts you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GouldCrafts<\/p>

2. Ordering Process:<\/h2>

All orders placed through our website or other channels are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.<\/p>

3. Payment:<\/h2>

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept various payment methods, including credit\/debit cards and other secure payment options.<\/p>

4. Shipping:<\/h2>

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. Shipping times may vary based on your location.<\/p>

Craft supplies can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at crafts@gould.co.uk<\/a>. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.<\/p>

6. Return Procedure:<\/h3>

To return an item, please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.<\/p>

Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/p>
